The Lead Guest Attendant role at Everhome Suites is a critical position that supports daily hotel operations and enhances guest services. This full-time position offers an hourly rate between $19.00 and $21.00, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and access to an Employee Assistance Program. The Lead Guest Attendant acts as a key liaison between the General Manager and the staff, helping to manage operations in the absence of the GM and ensuring the smooth execution of hotel procedures. Responsibilities include leading and training staff, handling financial and guest relations tasks, coordinating housekeeping schedules, and supporting sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy. • Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations
