This involves cleansing the beverage preparation and serving areas, managing inventory by replenishing beverage stock and supplies, and responsible disposal of empty bottles and trash. Additionally, the role includes preparation of garnishes by cutting fruit as necessary, accurate record-keeping of liquor and supplies, and providing support to bartenders as needed, including serving as a backup when required. This position also entails active participation as a team member alongside bartenders, servers, supervisors, and utilities staff to guarantee an efficient, seamless operation.
