This position involves comprehensive coordination and documentation management required by U.S. Customs and various Government Agencies, acting on behalf of importers. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of customs regulations, tariff classifications, and entry procedures. The candidate will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service while processing import-related documentation and interacting with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, customers, internal staff, and FedEx operational companies. This role includes handling agency brokerage shipments, remote filings, entry reconciliations, and reviews, all while adhering to international import/export regulations. The position offers paid training and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST. Candidates must currently reside in Miami, Florida, to qualify. Compensation for this role ranges from $13.20 to $20.94 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
