The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager - Double Blacks & IRD plays an integral role in ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency within the Double Blacks elevated coffee shop and the In-Room Dining outlet. This role is vital to delivering seamless guest experiences and developing a strong and motivated team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The position is hands-on and requires collaboration with culinary and events teams to support food and beverage initiatives, coordinate special activations, and seasonal offerings. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among the Food and Beverage staff through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance development. Flexibility to support other Food and Beverage venues as business needs dictate is also required. - Minimum of 2 years as F&B management preferred
