The manager holds responsibility for the daily management decisions using sound discretion to guarantee the successful execution of the Service Profit Chain (SPC) and uphold the Brand Promise. This role involves developing a strong team capable of delivering exemplary internal service, meeting and surpassing external guest service expectations, and driving restaurant sales and profitability. The Restaurant Manager adheres strictly to company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements, including compliance with food safety and labor regulations.\n\nKey responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, training, and developing staff, maintaining optimal staffing levels, and ensuring employees are fully trained across all workstations. The manager is expected to cultivate a positive and productive work atmosphere that is clean, safe, and enjoyable. Motivating and inspiring employees to perform at their best, recognizing and rewarding achievements, and fostering a culture of respect and dignity are integral to this role. - Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Must complete restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotes
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to comply with labor laws and food safety regulations
- Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
