The Reservations Assistant role is a vital part of The Hillsboro Club’s Reservations Department. This part-time, hourly position offers competitive pay at $17.50 per hour with biweekly compensation. The role is essential in managing and coordinating all member reservations, ensuring smooth and seamless service to maintain the club's reputation for excellence. The assistant will be responsible for supporting the reservation coordination process, communicating effectively with members regarding availability and rates, and handling the booking and recording of reservations. Working within a dynamic 24/7 operational environment, the Reservations Assistant must be versatile with varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in private club or upscale hotel reservations and possess exemplary customer service and communication skills.
