As a Warehouse Associate at FDH Aero, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handling and distribution of aircraft parts and ground support equipment across various business units. This full-time role involves managing work orders, shipping orders, requisitions, and the careful receiving, storing, packaging, and distribution of essential aerospace components. Attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards are paramount in this position. The Warehouse Associate will engage in meticulous inspection and identification of aircraft parts, entering data accurately into software applications. Responsibilities extend to loading and unloading inventory, reading and interpreting customer and work orders, and packaging parts in compliance with customer specifications and safety regulations. In this role, you will also maintain strict inventory controls, documenting part traceability and managing digital records through the company's network and applications. Tasks include pulling parts from specific storage locations, staging them for shipment, marking materials with identifying information, and validating the receipt and distribution of materials using appropriate computer programs. The position requires weighing, counting, and inspecting items to ensure they meet established standards, assisting with physical inventory counts, and completing requisition forms for supplies as needed. As a Warehouse Associate, your contribution directly supports the team’s efforts to deliver quality service, uphold organizational standards, and meet customer expectations.
