We are currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Republic Bar. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $65,500 per year, with the potential for quarterly bonuses as well as an annual super bonus. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with both front of house and back of house operations to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service in an atmosphere that reflects the Republic Bar brand’s commitment to authenticity and quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing a talented team of Food Travel Experts, overseeing daily operations, maintaining stringent standards for guest service, and ensuring compliance with all health and sanitation regulations. In addition to managing team performance and inventory, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in planning and executing daily operational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability throughout the restaurant.
