We are currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dedicated leadership team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity with a competitive starting salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually, reflecting the importance of the position in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining room and kitchen. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff supervision, shift management, and ensuring exceptional food quality and service standards are met consistently.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of dining room and kitchen operations, including inventory management, scheduling, budgeting, and guest relations. This leadership role requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, management, local owners, and vendors, ensuring a seamless restaurant experience. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will coach and develop assistant managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. This position also demands an ability to multitask, prioritize effectively under pressure, and adhere to safety regulations.  - three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred

 - exceptionally strong guest service focus with the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience for every guest
 - ability to define, measure and attain financial goals for the restaurant, with a focus on year-over-year sales growth, guest count increases, effective staffing levels, guest service measurements, cost of goods and labor cost management
