Trilogy Valor is centered around a Resort Club that offers numerous amenities including a fitness center, culinary studio, coffeehouse, pickleball and bocce courts, outdoor event spaces, and much more, all designed to provide both residents and visitors with an exceptional living and recreational experience. This full-time position is an integral part of the BlueStar Resort & Golf Club Operations Team. The Club Accountant / People Services role is a hybrid position, combining responsibilities in human resources, accounting, member relations, and retail management. Reporting directly to the Club General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing human resources functions such as onboarding new team members, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. Additionally, the role involves handling accounting duties including accounts receivable, invoice processing, monthly reconciliations, and reporting to the corporate office. The position also supports member relations by acting as the first point of contact for members and assisting with new member orientation and account setup. Furthermore, the role encompasses retail responsibilities like inventory management and merchandising at the resort’s retail outlets. This dynamic role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The position pays between $18 and $23 per hour and full-time employees working 30 or more hours a week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) plan.   • Associates degree or equivalent
  • six months to one year of related experience
  • computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
