This position is a flexible category role with no guaranteed hours but may work up to 40 hours per week, scheduled as needed. It does not offer a traditional benefits package as it is intermittent in nature. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform certain manual tasks, including frequent lifting and pushing of boxes and objects weighing up to 20 pounds, and occasional lifting of weights exceeding 40 pounds. The position focuses on providing bartending services—preparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic beverages in a retail setting with an emphasis on customer service and adherence to safety protocols.
