This role is for a Bartender who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from the moment guests arrive and throughout their visit. The Bartender will bring impeccable hospitality, friendliness, and an extensive knowledge of food and beverages to elevate the guest experience. Key responsibilities include managing money handling, beverage pouring, and adherence to dispensing policies while providing drink service at the bar and to servers. The bartender will also verify patrons' identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking. Other duties include preparing bar setups, maintaining accurate bar inventory including beer, liquor, wine, and other supplies, conducting accurate cash sales and cash handling, and assisting with the opening and closing of bar equipment and cash transactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of full-service bartending experience and be TIPS certified. They must demonstrate an ability to work well in fast-paced environments, possess strong communication and social skills, have expertise in mixed drink recipes, and be proficient in restaurant point-of-sale computer systems. Physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing are part of this position, as is the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE) where required. Age restrictions apply as candidates must be 18 years or older to operate alcohol sales on a register. • High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years bartending experience preferred
• TIPS certification
• Must be 18 years or older
