As part of daily operations, the individual will take accurate weekly and monthly inventories, make purchases for necessary supplies, and ensure all food orders are optimized to avoid overstocking. The role demands a strong customer service orientation, with a focus on achieving quick service and high customer satisfaction ratings through secret shops and feedback mechanisms. Supervisory tasks include scheduling shifts, directing employees' work assignments, and coordinating performance appraisals.
