The Kitchen Manager role at BJ's Restaurants is a full-time, exempt position with an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $76,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus potential, commensurate with experience. This critical management position demands more than 50 percent of time spent on managerial duties and requires exercising independent judgment on significant restaurant matters. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all functions of the restaurant during their shift, whether opening, mid-day, or closing. Key responsibilities include hiring, managing, supervising, and training restaurant team members to ensure they consistently deliver a Gold Standard guest experience.
The Kitchen Manager ensures that the restaurant operates efficiently, maintaining high standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality.
