We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our brand new hotel located in the vibrant Silicon Valley area, specifically in Hayward, California. This property is strategically positioned close to major cities like San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and Pleasanton and is near California State University, East Bay, and numerous high-tech and manufacturing companies. Surrounded by natural beauty, our hotel offers super-fast free internet, complimentary breakfast, and warm California hospitality. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s operations ensuring financial performance is optimized while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance. This leadership role requires active involvement in sales and budget development, systems management, and fostering an outstanding guest experience. Strong leadership skills are essential to guide management teams and associates, motivate personnel, and cultivate a positive, team-oriented workplace culture focused on excellence and guest satisfaction. Your ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders including corporate representatives, owners, vendors, and local community leaders will be vital to the hotel’s continued growth and success.
