This particular role focuses on supervisory responsibilities within the janitorial services team. The position entails directing and inspecting the work performed by employees to ensure compliance with contract standards and to maintain a high level of productivity while working safely and dependably. The role demands a hands-on approach, requiring the supervisor to conduct inspections, provide training to new and existing employees, monitor performance trends, and communicate effectively both within the team and with client site management. A critical aspect of the position includes adherence to company rules, safety policies, and quality control plans, including ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standards. The Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems, conducting routine safety orientations, documenting training and inspection activities, and following through with corrective action requests as necessary to resolve non-conformances.
