The role of Director, Global Onboarding Process Optimization, is a critical position within Hyatt’s Global Commercial Onboarding team. This full-time leadership role offers a salary range between $130,000 and $175,000, with additional eligibility for incentive awards and an annual bonus, reflecting the significance of the position within the organization. The Director will play an instrumental part in collaborating with global and regional leaders from multiple commercial areas, such as Operations, Development, Revenue Management, Digital, Marketing, Distribution Services, Content, Sales, Loyalty, and Technology. Together, they will work to enhance Hyatt’s standing as a top hospitality company.
This role demands a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing commercial processes related to hotel openings, transitions, and integrations on a global scale.
