The Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas to maintain a safe, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing environment. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour, with a consistent full-time schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. In this role, the Janitorial Cleaner will perform rigorous cleaning tasks that include dusting, sweeping, trash removal, cleaning of furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment. They will follow established procedures in the safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to ensure the integrity of flooring and fixtures. The cleaner will also perform glass and mirror cleaning, maintenance of blinds, and restroom servicing. Additionally, the role involves effective communication and collaboration with clients, coworkers, supervisors, and managers to address routine maintenance needs, report repairs, and adhere to compliance and safety standards.
