The Sous Chef position at OTG's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) location represents a unique opportunity to join a leader in airport hospitality. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, with compensation tailored based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sous chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
 - Culinary degree from an accredited institution preferred
 - Ability to lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff
 - Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
 - Strong understanding of kitchen operations and menu planning
 - Excellent organizational and communication skills
