The Buca Paisano Partner GM role in San Diego is a critical leadership position responsible for the smooth operation and success of the restaurant. This full-time role demands a hands-on leader who can drive sales, boost customer satisfaction, and maintain top-tier food quality and service standards. The Partner GM will work closely with the management team to craft and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the restaurant's core values.
