This managerial role is designed for an experienced leader who is passionate about the food service industry, specifically within retail restaurant operations. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience managing food service operations within an airport setting and a proven track record in high-quality restaurant or retail food environments. This leadership role calls for a professional who understands the business side of retail food service deeply, including cost control systems and the use of retail point-of-sale technology, as well as common office software like Word and Excel.
The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, multitasking capabilities, analytical thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to drive the restaurant’s success. Having an appropriate alcohol service certification consistent with state or county regulations is also required to manage and oversee the sale of alcoholic beverages responsibly.

 - 4+ years' experience in a high quality, restaurant and/or retail food experience
 - 2+ years' experience in a management or supervisory position - restaurant or retail
 - Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of leading in a retail environment
 - Computer literacy to operate our retail POS system, Word, and Excel
 - Excellent communication, multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills
 - Has appropriate state/county alcohol service certification
