This is a crucial full-time position focused on engaging with guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner while handling various front office operations. The Guest Services Representative acts as the face of the hotel, greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring their stay is pleasant and hassle-free. This role entails managing reservations with accuracy, handling guest inquiries and concerns promptly, and providing superior customer service to maintain the high standards expected by InTown Suites. In addition to guest interactions, the Guest Services Representative is responsible for covering front office management duties when the General Manager is not on site. This includes supervising property staff, ensuring adherence to safety and security policies, conducting bank deposits, and reporting operational issues to the Regional Operations Manager. The position requires proficiency in computer systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A successful Guest Services Representative at InTown Suites is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of making sound judgments under pressure.
