The Interim Concierge position at Oakmont of San Antonio Heights is a pivotal role focused on providing outstanding guest and resident experiences through exemplary customer service and administrative support. This part-time role covers shifts from Thursday through Saturday from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a competitive pay range from $16.50 to $17.75 per hour. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff and is responsible for greeting guests, fulfilling resident requests, arranging property tours, answering multi-line telephones, and offering clerical support to administrative staff. Day-to-day, the Concierge helps maintain a welcoming, secure, and efficient environment. Duties include answering and directing calls in a timely and professional manner, monitoring emergency alert systems to respond immediately, managing the business center, and processing incoming and outgoing mail. The role requires interaction with various stakeholders including residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members, demanding excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.   • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
