Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between vendors and production teams, managing documentation related to festival setup and operation, and coordinating credentials for vendors and staff. This position requires excellent communication skills, adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, event planning experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Candidates for this position should be prepared for a physically demanding work environment, capable of standing or walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions.
