Opened in August 2024, the Dome is designed to revolutionize the live entertainment experience for fans and to be a game-changer in the music and sports event landscape of Los Angeles. Spanning over one million square feet, Intuit Dome features cutting-edge facilities including the team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an expansive 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza, and a unique double-sided Halo Board composed of over an acre of LED screens. With major upcoming events such as the 2026 NBA All-Star game and the basketball events of the 2028 Olympics scheduled, the arena is a hub for high-profile sports and entertainment events. The LA Clippers are seeking motivated and experienced retail professionals to join their dynamic retail team at the Intuit Dome for the new Retail Flagship store and in-arena retail locations. This part-time seasonal position will operate throughout the 2025-2026 NBA season. Retail Store Teammates will engage in all facets of retail operations at the arena, including supporting fan experience events and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals. This role demands individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments with a passion for live sports. Candidates will be instrumental in enhancing the shopper experience by focusing on retail technology and innovation while contributing to the growth of the basketball merchandise business. The position requires working flexible hours including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate game days and special events. Retail Store Teammates will deliver best-in-class customer service by interacting with fans, providing product knowledge, and engaging in suggestive selling. They will assist with inventory management, maintain accurate fan profile records, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the retail experience. This role involves supporting retail operations during events and requires vigilance in identifying and reporting potential security concerns. Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Compensation for the position is $20 per hour and is classified as non-exempt. Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move equipment up to 50 pounds, stand or remain stationary for extended periods, bend, reach, and work comfortably at various heights.
