The role currently open at Sizemore, Inc. is that of a Housekeeper, a crucial position responsible for maintaining client properties in a secure, sanitary, and orderly state. This position is essential for upholding the cleanliness and safety standards expected by clients and the company alike. The working schedule for this role is Monday through Friday with split shifts from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, offering a structured and predictable work routine. The Housekeeper will perform various cleaning duties, such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors and stairs, using equipment like push and backpack vacuums. Responsibilities also include restroom sanitation, office and breakroom cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, trash disposal, and maintenance of janitorial tools and chemical safety. This position calls for an individual who is not only capable of performing cleaning tasks with meticulous attention but also someone who is attentive to detail and efficient in multitasking under potentially stressful and time-sensitive conditions. The Housekeeper must exhibit professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, tact, and diplomacy regardless of the situation or individuals encountered. • High school diploma or GED
• minimum 6 months related experience preferred
