The Concierge role at Invited is a vital position within the Member Experience team, dedicated to delivering superior service that creates extraordinary moments for club members throughout their visit. This role requires a personable, professional, and service-oriented individual who excels at managing phone calls, reservations, emails, and member inquiries. The Concierge not only assists members but actively fosters meaningful connections by supporting outreach to new and at-risk members, promoting club events and amenities, contributing to social media and member communications, and helping coordinate member experience initiatives. The Concierge embodies the club’s core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells, ensuring that each interaction enhances member satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests warmly, providing detailed information about club facilities and services, managing reservations, and promoting club offerings to increase member engagement. This position reports directly to the Member Experience Director and plays a crucial role in maintaining the welcoming and professional atmosphere of the club. The Concierge also supports various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall member experience and engagement. The role calls for strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure, and effective communication across different channels, including verbal, written, and social media. Members’ needs are anticipated and met with personalized attention, making the Concierge a key contributor to the club’s reputation and success.
