The role of an In-Room Dining Server at the Waldorf Astoria Resort Maui is a vital position within the Food and Beverage department, designed to provide exemplary service that enhances the overall guest experience. This part-time position requires flexibility in shift availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate starts at $14.00 per hour and may vary based on specialty experience and location factors. As an In-Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders directly to guests’ rooms, ensuring service is prompt, courteous, and accurate every time. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by setting up room service trays and tables professionally, retrieving food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar, and ensuring that all meals and drinks are served according to the highest standards. Additional duties involve presenting checks, handling payments, and sometimes assisting with order taking and room service telephone inquiries.
