The Outlets Manager will have the crucial responsibility of overseeing all dining venues within the hotel, including restaurants, lounges, pools, markets, and digital dining platforms, ensuring seamless service and memorable experiences for guests.
As an Outlets Manager at Hyatt, you will engage in both strategic planning and day-to-day operational management. You will be charged with crafting and recommending budgets, developing sales and marketing strategies, and managing all aspects of front- and back-of-house operations. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in hotel food and beverage management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to develop and manage budgets
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to food and beverage operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
