The Travel Supervisor role at Mary Kay involves managing and overseeing corporate and international travel agents responsible for arranging all travel services for Mary Kay employees and independent sales force members. This position is key to ensuring smooth travel operations, excellent customer service, and cost-effective solutions in compliance with corporate travel policies. The Travel Supervisor plays a critical role in selecting and implementing advanced technological tools to automate and streamline agency processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires negotiation skills to secure optimal hotel and car service contracts and the development of vendor databases to support both domestic and international travel. The incumbent will provide enhanced travel service for VIP clients including company executives and family members of the founder, ensuring their security, comfort, and convenience. Acting as a trip director for incentive travel promotions, the Travel Supervisor will participate in industry technology conferences to stay updated on evolving travel technologies. Leadership responsibilities include supervising entry-level staff, providing customized training, evaluating performance, and facilitating career advancement opportunities. This role requires on-site presence at a Mary Kay facility and some domestic and international travel, approximately 5% of the work time, to support agency functions and special projects. This position demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders including the Chairman, executives, and sales directors. Physical requirements include the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and the capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.   • Bachelor/university degree
  • 3 or more years of experience in travel agency or corporate travel
  • Proficiency with travel automation tools including Sabre, GetThere and Passkey
  • Experience in corporate flight booking
  • Knowledge of international passport and visa regulations
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High confidentiality and customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel 5 percent domestically and internationally
