This particular role is for a Swim Instructor who will join the team to teach children water safety and proper swimming techniques using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. The Swim Instructor reports directly to the Deck Supervisor and is a non-exempt position. The job also entails minor maintenance duties, mandatory training sessions, and being proactive in maintaining clean and safe pool areas. Employees are expected to obtain certifications such as Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED within 90 days of hire, with support provided to complete these qualifications.
