Your Mission:
The Springs Resort is actively seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at Wild Finch, their flagship restaurant known for wellness-driven, seasonally inspired, and locally sourced cuisine. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu innovation, team leadership, quality control, and financial management, ensuring Wild Finch remains a beloved and successful destination for dining within the resort.
This position requires a creative, strategic, and hands-on culinary professional who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused atmosphere. The role offers the opportunity to elevate a distinctive culinary brand within a world-class destination, contributing directly to the overall guest experience by delivering memorable meals that embody the resort's dedication to wellness, sustainability, and showcasing regional flavors. The Executive Chef will also collaborate across departments to maintain smooth service flow and support resort-wide events and seasonal promotions, playing a critical role in maintaining the high standards of the resort's food and beverage offerings. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 and reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience in a professional kitchen
- Proven experience managing kitchen operations, including budgeting and inventory control
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling
- Ability to innovate and maintain menus that accommodate dietary restrictions and wellness trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends
