This restaurant is part of an independent franchisee operation affiliated with the Jack in the Box brand. Unlike corporate-owned locations, the restaurant is owned and managed by an independent franchisee who oversees all employment aspects within the restaurant. This means that the franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc., will be your direct employer, responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, wages, staffing, scheduling, and all other employment matters. This approach allows for a localized management style that can quickly adapt to the needs of the community and the operational demands of the restaurant. The position offered is for a Restaurant Manager, a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall management and operational success of a Jack in the Box unit. The Restaurant Manager uses discretion in daily decisions and holds full accountability for executing the Service Profit Chain (SPC) and maintaining the Brand Promise. This role demands a proactive leader who can develop a cohesive team to deliver exceptional internal service to employees and outstanding external service to customers, ultimately driving restaurant sales and profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures. Being a full-time role, this position includes excellent benefits and offers a dynamic work environment where leadership skills and operational expertise are crucial for success. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to maintain regular and prompt attendance as a key component of their responsibility. This role is highly suitable for candidates with prior experience in various leadership or supervisory roles such as restaurant general manager, assistant general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, kitchen manager, or shift lead. Your leadership will directly influence the culture, quality, and business outcomes of the restaurant, making it a highly impactful and rewarding position within the franchise's team.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
