The role of Store Manager at Muse Paintbar's West Palm Beach studio is a key leadership position responsible for launching and overseeing daily operations at the new facility. This full-time role demands a creative and energetic leader with a deep background in acrylic painting and at least two years of management experience. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the studio operates smoothly and efficiently while upholding Muse Paintbar's high standards of creative excellence and customer service. Beyond managing operational tasks, the Store Manager will serve as a creative ambassador by guiding painting sessions, inspiring guests and team members through effective instruction, and fostering a welcoming, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, possesses strong organizational and communication skills, and is passionate about both art and people. Key responsibilities include managing sales initiatives to drive revenue, overseeing kitchen and bar operations to maintain quality and safety standards, coordinating event preparations, and ensuring compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations.
