This role is for a Banquet Server who will assist the Banquet Manager in delivering exceptional service during banquet functions. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently as a team member in a fast-paced environment. The Banquet Server is accountable for setting up banquet rooms according to specifications, serving food and beverages with professionalism, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event. This role involves compliance with all relevant state, federal, and corporate regulations especially regarding alcohol service. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, reliable, and capable of physically managing the demands of banquet service, including standing for long periods and carrying up to 30 pounds throughout their shift. This hourly position offers a competitive wage starting at $15.97 per hour, with eligibility for tips and service charges. While discretionary performance bonuses are not offered for this role, the total compensation package includes valuable benefits aimed at supporting employees’ physical, mental, and financial well-being.
