Three Birds is a new, modern neighborhood New American restaurant located in the Dayton area. This establishment is the third concept launched by The Idea Collective and Executive Chef Jorge Guzman, known for his acclaimed projects Sueño and Tender Mercy/Dōzo. Three Birds is poised to open its doors in May, with training sessions beginning in April for its team members.
