The Front Desk Receptionist role at The Wren is integral to the guest experience. This position is perfect for a master multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating delightful, memorable interactions for guests. The receptionist will be responsible for managing guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling room credits, key distribution, and resolving guest issues with professionalism and discretion. This role supports the Guest Services and Front Office teams by performing both financial and service-related tasks that enhance the overall guest experience. Working at the front desk requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to anticipate and respond to guests' needs. The position offers hourly pay of $20.00, eligibility for tips and tip pooling, and the opportunity to get paid daily, making any day payday. - Must have hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to use property management systems
