The Restaurant Manager position at Brick House Tavern & Tap is a critical leadership role focused on ensuring every guest receives personalized, memorable service along with perfect food and exceptional beverages. This role requires an experienced and energetic leader who can inspire and manage a team that feels like family. The ideal candidate will possess a strong "I treat it like I own it" attitude, taking full ownership of the restaurant’s operations and guest satisfaction. This position offers an annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, complemented by excellent health benefits and a 401k plan with company match.
