The role of Freight Forwarder Ocean Export at DSV is a vital position within the Air & Sea US division, located in Seattle, WA. This full-time position focuses on managing the export logistics process for ocean shipments with a key emphasis on customer satisfaction and efficient operational execution. The Freight Forwarder Ocean Export is responsible for coordinating all aspects of ocean freight exportation, including making carrier bookings, tracking shipments, preparing and processing necessary customs documentation, and managing communications with customers and third-party providers. This role demands strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to foster and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams. In addition to ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws, the Freight Forwarder Ocean Export collaborates with various departments such as logistics, finance, and operations to guarantee timely and effective delivery of services. The expected hourly base pay ranges from $22.50 to $30.50, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
