This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and skills. The Event Sales Manager is integral to the company's success, responsible for growing the hotel’s food and beverage revenue by soliciting new event accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves managing the entire event sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract negotiation to event execution. This includes handling wedding leads, managing private dining and group event spaces, and ensuring all event details are meticulously organized and entered into the sales and catering system. The Event Sales Manager will collaborate closely with various hotel departments, including services, banquet, culinary, and reservations teams, to guarantee a seamless, high-quality client experience.
