The Wayfarer DTLA is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Room Attendant to join its team. This role is essential in shaping guests' first impressions through meticulous attention to cleanliness and service. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, hallways, and other designated areas in accordance with the company’s high standards. This position requires a friendly, courteous demeanor paired with effective communication skills to ensure personalized service that enhances the overall guest experience. Key responsibilities include thorough room cleaning, bed making, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, and adherence to time guidelines set by management to balance efficiency with quality. The Room Attendant must also uphold security protocols, such as managing master room keys safely and reporting any maintenance issues promptly. This full-time position offers competitive pay, ranging from $22.50 to $23.50 per hour, and encourages professional growth with opportunities to engage in team-building activities and community outreach.
