We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. This role is crucial as it provides our guests with their first impression of our establishment, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. As a Host/Hostess, you will greet guests promptly, cheerfully, and courteously, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include managing the flow of the dining room by coordinating seating arrangements and effectively handling online wait lists. Additionally, you will assist with guest needs such as highchairs, boosters, or accommodations for disabilities, demonstrating our commitment to inclusive service. The position also involves answering phone calls professionally, taking and processing to-go orders, and even delivering these orders to customers’ vehicles when necessary. You will be an essential support to servers through assisting with food and drink service, and helping maintain cleanliness by clearing tables and more. We are looking for someone who is punctual, well-presented, and motivated to be a positive face of our restaurant.
