This leadership role also serves as a primary point of contact for complex issues related to housekeeping operations, collaborating closely with Housekeeping leadership to resolve concerns promptly. Beyond management responsibilities, the House Attendant Lead actively participates in daily cleaning activities, including deep cleaning assigned sections, buffing and shampooing floors and furniture, and maintaining public restrooms according to hotel standards. The role involves managing complimentary hotel lobby functions such as coffee services and nightly concierge events, setting up and cleaning meeting room functions, and fulfilling guest requests by delivering service items to rooms upon request. Additionally, this position may require operating the hotel shuttle van to assist with guest transportation, depending on property-specific needs. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to quickly evaluate and select among alternative courses of action, and the capacity to remain composed under pressure in fast-paced, high-stress environments. A valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle driving record are necessary for this role.
