The role of Medical Concierge at The Mansion at Rosemont is a part-time position offering up to 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule, designed to support resident wellness and facilitate seamless care coordination across three community locations. This position pays up to $20.00 per hour and demands a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate individual who can manage the complexities of healthcare logistics for senior residents. As a Medical Concierge, you will act as a vital link between residents, their families, healthcare providers, and the management team to ensure timely scheduling and coordination of medical appointments. You will play a key role in arranging transportation and effectively communicating with all stakeholders to deliver a positive, service-oriented experience. The position also involves assisting with health assessments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, and supporting ongoing care planning and follow-up activities.
