We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is dedicated to fostering a people-centric workplace culture. As the Human Resources Manager, you will have a pivotal role in driving all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, benefits administration, and team development, ensuring our staff remains motivated, well-supported, and equipped to deliver outstanding service. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining theWit Hotel's reputation for excellence, enhancing team collaboration, and promoting an inclusive workplace environment. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping our company culture and supporting our employees.                 - High school diploma or GED required
 - 4+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
 - Deep understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 - Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
 - Proven track record of building positive workplace relationships
