This full-time managerial position offers a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $27.40 per hour, with expectations to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. The Department Manager positions at World Wide Wings require individuals to be highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Managers will be responsible not only for daily operational duties but also for the leadership, development, and motivation of their respective teams. The Heart of House Manager focuses primarily on managing food and product quality, staff scheduling, and operational standards within the kitchen and back-of-house areas. The Bar Department Manager supervises all aspects related to beverage service including ordering, inventory control, and compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS). This position demands strong leadership to plan, hire, train, and develop bartender and bar server teams while driving sales through innovative incentive contests and promotions. The Hospitality Manager ensures impeccable dining room service, managing front-of-house staff, and coordinating guest interactions to deliver an outstanding hospitality experience. This role also supports local restaurant marketing initiatives and engages team members in sales-building activities. Across all managerial roles, there is an emphasis on maintaining high standards of safety, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Managers partner closely with the General Manager to troubleshoot operational challenges utilizing tools like guest experience management, quality audits, profit and loss analysis, and performance metrics. They administer team training, conduct performance appraisals, and foster professional growth among team members. Physical demands for these positions include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks ranging from administrative to hands-on operational activities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
