Established with a commitment to quality, HomeTowne Studios underwent extensive renovations in 2018 to upgrade its properties, enhancing both the guest and employee experience. The company continually strives to improve the quality of its accommodations, reflecting a dedication to excellence that is evident in every aspect of its operations. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing various departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, and Sales, facilitating smooth and efficient hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated leader with at least two years of management experience, preferably within the extended stay hotel sector, restaurant, or retail management. The role demands proficiency in budgeting and profit and loss management, combined with a strong capability to recruit, train, and lead a team dedicated to exceptional service delivery. Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations is also a core responsibility. This position offers numerous benefits designed to support employees’ well-being and professional development. These benefits include health insurance with employee contributions starting as low as $54 for individuals and $297 for families on a semi-monthly basis, dental and vision coverage, employer-paid life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401K plan with employer matching. Competitive pay and ample career growth opportunities further enhance the overall compensation package. As General Manager, you will have the important task of maintaining the hotel’s quality through regular inspections of guest rooms, public access areas, and grounds to ensure cleanliness and order. You will be entrusted with the control of costs to meet budgetary guidelines, managing property inventory, and ordering supplies efficiently. Administrative duties include managing scheduling, labor reporting, payroll, verifying night audits, and responding to guest reviews. This role requires someone who can act independently, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and a results-driven approach to hotel management. Joining HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof means becoming part of a company that values your contributions and supports your career. Here, you will find an environment that not only nurtures your professional growth but also recognizes the importance of work-life balance and employee satisfaction.
