The Guest Environment Expert is a versatile professional equipped with skills in various cleaning functions, responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Empowered to act promptly and efficiently, these experts attend to guest requests, replenish cleaning carts, clean guest rooms and public areas, and fulfill other necessary duties to ensure the hotel environment supports an exceptional guest experience. This position requires being physically active and agile, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods and performing tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
