This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, one of the most recognizable and popular quick service restaurant brands specializing in Mexican-inspired cuisine. Unlike corporate Taco Bell locations, this position is directly with an independent franchise owner who operates their own store, allowing for a unique working environment tailored by the franchisee’s standards. The franchisee operates with autonomy regarding wage and benefit programs, which may vary from other Taco Bell franchises, thus it is important to note that if hired, the franchisee will be your sole employer responsible for all employment terms and conditions. The role being offered is for a General Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure peak performance and outstanding customer satisfaction.
