This leadership position focuses on steering the fleet safety function by providing expert guidance to operational locations, ensuring adherence to stringent safety protocols and legal requirements. With a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, this role is pivotal in research and development of fleet safety initiatives, risk analysis, and program development aimed at minimizing accidents and injuries within transportation assets.
In this role, the Fleet Safety Lead will develop preventive procedures and manage accident and injury prevention activities, leveraging data analysis and historical trends to craft impactful regional programs. The successful candidate will oversee accident reporting, participate in serious incident investigations, and maintain rigorous regulatory and policy compliance aligned with DOT (Department of Transportation) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards.  - Two years specialized commercial transportation experience
 - Advanced knowledge of commercial motor vehicle safety principles
 - Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
